1. The service

SuperPin is a browser extension that adds a “Download Board” button to Pinterest, letting you select pins and save them — along with optional metadata — as a ZIP file, or export them to Figma. SuperPin only automates actions you could perform manually and only accesses content already visible to you.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You agree to use SuperPin lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree that you will:

• Comply with Pinterest's Terms of Service and any applicable platform rules at all times.
• Respect the copyright and intellectual-property rights of creators. Download content only where you have the right to do so, and use it for personal reference and archiving.
• Not use SuperPin to redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Not use the extension for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose.

You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content. SuperPin is a tool; the responsibility for lawful use rests with you.

3. Licenses & plans

• Free — a no-cost tier with the limits described on our pricing page (for example, boards up to 25 pins, images only, at original quality).
• Pro — a one-time payment of $19.99 that unlocks unlimited pins, video downloads, all resolutions, and all future updates, on a personal basis.
• Studio — a one-time payment of $49.99 that includes everything in Pro plus pin metadata and Figma export (with Canva export coming soon), on a personal basis.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SuperPin in accordance with these terms and your chosen plan. You may not sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the extension except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Payments & billing

Paid licenses are processed by a third-party payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time, but a price change will not affect a Pro or Studio license you have already purchased. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

If a paid license isn't right for you, email us within 5 days of purchase and we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Intellectual property

The SuperPin name, logo, website, and extension software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Content you download from Pinterest belongs to its respective rights holders.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

SuperPin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to Pinterest, which may affect functionality at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperPin and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the extension. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using SuperPin and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

10. Relationship to Pinterest

SuperPin is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest. “Pinterest” is a trademark of its respective owner. Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest's own terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use SuperPin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
